SIZE DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding sizing information and dimensions for our products in our size guides. Please note that due to nature of the manufacturing process, and design details from time to time product sizing may vary slightly. Line-J is not responsible for sizing variations. Make sure you check your body measurements with our size chart before making an order.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Due to variations in monitor settings, Line-J assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product or production, either within an order or in a reorder. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our websites or social media pages will exactly match the color of the product or elements of any design. If you have any questions about a particular color or shade, please contact us prior to ordering for clarifications.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 3 days from the date of delivery (Product should be in its original condition). All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.
If you do not have your purchase receipt, exchange will not be possible.
Repairs of the products damaged due to wear and tear will be entertained analysing the condition of the product. Wear and tear will not be accepted under the company repairs. Please not that we have the right to assess the age and condition of the returned goods prior to offering a repair or exchange. (Terms and Conditions apply)
Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygiene region i.e. jewelleries/ undergarments or apparels with intimate skin contact etc.
Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.
Line-J reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
You can return items that were originally part of the production but you will lose the promotional discount. For example, if the items your returning is part of a "buy 2, get 1 free" deal, your refund will be adjusted against the retail per-piece rate of the products you choose to keep after the return.

Undergarments, Accessories (artificial jewelleries) and cosmetics once seal opened cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
Credit/Debit card Pyment, (Bank NEFT trasfer or Gpay or Paytm or any other mode of account transfer) :Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2 to 15 additional business days to process the transaction in cases of full refunds or partial refunds.
Voucher Payment: Only product exchange is possible. Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for
cash/Gift card/voucher in part or full.
Corporate Gift Card payment: Only product exchange is possible - card is non- refundable and cannot be exchanged for
cash/ Gift card/ voucher in part or full.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
99% of all orders ship the same day for in stock items placed before 10am IST on normal business days. We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days of being placed.
For standard shipping, the average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Generally DTDC or India Post will be carrier, although in some cases regional carriers (BlueDart, Speedo, ST Couriers) may be used. For speed delivery, make the request at the time of order. Extra charges will be levied.
Packages will not be delivered on holidays.
